Last week, we welcomed a delegation from the Portuguese Institute for Sea and Atmosphere, I. P. (IPMA, IP) to our laboratory at HIESE - Habitat for Business Innovation in Strategic Sectors for the first official demonstration of the AFT‑M3. They saw the complete system in action, from tablet control to modular sensor integration. In the coming weeks this next-generation flow‑through monitoring platform will be installed aboard IPMA’s oceanographic vessel “Mário Ruivo,” providing continuous environmental intelligence. We’re grateful to the IPMA team for their visit and support.

In January, Matereospace took part in the ENCORD Foresight workshop alongside with innovation teams from Teixeira Duarte - Engenharia e Construções,BAM UK & Ireland,Ferrovial Construction and Dragados SA. Together with specialists from Just a Change and CORKBRICK EUROPE, we explored what construction will look like by 2036.
